• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Not attempt to circumvent or manipulate the BALL matching algorithm.

Property information presented on BALL, including descriptions, pricing, and availability, is provided by third parties (developers, agents, and sellers). While we undertake a verification process, we do not guarantee the absolute accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any property listing.

Prices are subject to change without notice and do not constitute a binding offer. We strongly recommend independent verification and legal counsel before finalizing any real estate transaction.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BALL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts.
